Well lets wait for more details on it first off. But check out the webpage front, mabey its to give them ideas. Also as for the pumpkin king heads, if they do that again they will be designed diffrenet because each event has its own unqine items. I like the witchs hate idea and of course it has to be in L.A.

P.S. for of those you who don't know, some places are putting nightfall on the shelfs the 26th which is thursday.

Isn't the Halloween event a tyrian only celebration, as well as wintersday?

and factions gets dragon festival.

I think thats the case, if it is, then it will probably be the same as last year, who knows what the devs will do.

As long as they give us another chance to get Halloween hats, I'll be happy enough. :3

It would be nice to know if they are going to have "games of chance" at this Halloween or not so as everyone who wants high tiers of Favored and Unfavored knows if they should start saving up tons of money now or not.

It's great to see that everyone is as happy with this news as I am. I love Halloween -- I've only just begun to decorate my office for the season. How fun it will be to have an in-game event!!

I have not heard anything about games of chance for the Halloween Event. I do not expect that we will see them then, but if there's any information to be had, I'll try to share it as the time gets closer.

I'm curious to know if each year the previous events will also repeat - or are the hats from each year's events only a one-shot deal?

She'll kill you with firestorm the instant you get into aggro range.

I'd be fine with the masks repeating besides there is still all that other stuff you can get and such so still would be fun.

I don't think so. I love minipets, and when my friend let me borrow his minipet, I always had it out. Sure didn't seem like a waste of coding because I sure seemed to use it all the time for the month he let me borrow it. And now that mini-pets have been released in magazines(Grey Giant in the november PC Gamer), we now know they aren't just for characters birthdays anymore. Also, have you not seen how many people said they were going to/did buy the magazine just for the minipet? I really don't see how that is a waste of coding or time....

And yet we don't accually have any proof of that, so don't get your hopes up.

But I really hope that each continent has one or two chapter specific events, and then the Wintersday one is for all of them. Like I said before, it would be more incentive for new players to buy all the chapters, and incentive for old players to buy chapters they don't have.

I totally agree. Just reuse the LA mod again, start announcing the mad king a week up front, slowly transform LA / Droknar / ToPK again, introduce the mad king's guards, and finally the mad king with his überfunny games. Man that was hilarious, I loved it most of all events so far.

Only add this: a collector that gives out pumpkin hats for one week after the event, in exchange of a certain amount of things you can get by doing special event-based mini-quests. If adding quests will take too much time, just have him hand em out for, say, 1k each. nice and easy money sink.

would be really cool if there were new hats but also an npc to give the older ones at each PROPER event (not these double rubbish things) so newer players can get a chance to get older hats yet theres something new for those who were here from the start.
dont hold your breath for anything though as modest event might mean just that.
wait til we get official word of extras for characters.

oh and my necro would personally prefer a set of bat wings for halloween

Pumpkin crown pleaseeeee...

/Signed for NPC to allow for mask colllection within a week after event. Some of us actually got to work and Halloween isnt celebrated as a Holiday for some countries.

I hope they dont use pumpkin crowns again. They were for the people who were there last year. Make it something new.
